By using Privacy Guard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Privacy Guard is a browser-based security tool that intercepts API requests, detects and redacts personally identifiable information (PII), and logs metadata for audit purposes. We offer two subscription tiers: Starter ($19/month) and Pro ($39/month).
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle manages billing, tax collection, and payment processing in accordance with its terms.
You agree to use Privacy Guard only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Privacy Guard does not store personal information. We only log metadata (request timestamps, endpoints, redaction counts) for audit purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Privacy Guard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall PrivacyGuard Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
